Quarterly appointment update

Yesterday was our every-three-months endocrine appointment in Kansas City.  It was a rainy day, Dillon wasn't in the mood for a road trip (shocker!) and I was tired but these appointments are hard to come by so off we went.

You've likely heard that there's a respiratory virus going around and it's all over Kansas City.  Because of this, I didn't let Dillon touch anything in the waiting area or office.  This thrilled him to no end.  He was so crabby by the time the doctor got to us.  Thankfully, we had almost no wait today for the nurse, for the doctor, or for the lab.  She is very happy with his growth progress - as are we.  He's up to the 18% for weight and 49% for height.  Thyroid levels are great and we had to increase his growth hormone dose.  That's always good news because it means he is gaining weight.

I am enjoying this stable phase of growth in which he seems to be settling.
